Kimberle Scruggs, LCSW, LMFT
I enjoy working with a broad range of individuals (adolescents and adults), couples, and families who are seeking relief from depression, anxiety, self- esteem, loss or grief, family of origin, family and relationship, and self harming behaviors. I incorporate different therapeutic models to best match the goals of my clients. Therapy begins by establishing a trusting relationship. The counseling office is to be a place of non-judgmental, honest and authentic care, where you can speak of that which matters most to you and explore emotions that are often difficult to address. This is a collaborative effort and we will work together to achieve your goals.

I have worked with adolescents and families for over 13 years. Many individuals suffer with depression, anxiety,
trauma, relationship issues, work related conflicts, and ADHD. Individual and families often need support and suggestions on what to do or where to go for assistance. My focus is building a strong therapeutic relationship of trust, acceptance, and genuineness which sets the groundwork for clients to work and achieve their own goals through active
listening, empathy, compassion, and understanding. I am available mornings, evenings, and weekends.
